BERNELLE, MY BELOVED SISTER
(June 20, 1959 – September 18, 2018)
Last week another one of my sisters went home to be with the Lord. I know she is enjoying herself in the presence of the Lord, but we & especially I still miss her.
This picture shown of slices of cake she made is very special to me. This butter pound cake was baked the evening before her transition. I was honored to be able to eat some. Her baking & cooking was second, of course to Momma’s, who she learned this delicious dishes.
Some more memories:
* Even though I was older, Peewee taught me to tie my shoes. I remember how she showed me how to do the bunny rabbit loops & tie them together.
* At an early age, she knew her directions, such as north, south, east & west.
* Peewee was always kind to me, she never raised her voice to me ever. I have heard her do to others, even though it wasn’t often, she would quickly apologize to them.
I will miss you dearly Peewee & I see you in Heaven. I will keep the excitement of you showing me your bakery/restaurant that we talked about. Love you ❤️ !!!
2 Corinthians 5:8 (KJV), We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
